Who We Are

Qawra Palace p.l.c. (the “Company”) was established as a property holding company in 2001. The Company’s main revenue generating asset is the Qawra Palace Hotel, a four-star hotel located on the Qawra promenade established in 1985 and operated by Mallard Co Limited (a private limited liability company established in 1979) pursuant to a lease & operating agreement entered into for this purpose. The Company’s main focus is to establish the Qawra Palace Hotel as one of the top performing four-star hotels in the north of Malta through continuous investment and endeavour to meet ever-changing consumer needs and preferences.
